I have created a celebration of Ukraine and its unique, cultural heritage, drawn in patriotic blue and yellow. The iconic Monument of Independence in Kyiv is a symbol of Ukraine’s fight for freedom and sunflowers, the country’s national flower, dot the landscape. A bird calls for freedom whilst a tractor pulls a tank, referencing powerful street art of by its people, which recognizes that this in the Ukraine, this is everyone’s fight. Dyakuyu." Julia Gash
