Morado Designs strives to provide a top notch customer service experience. Because most of our products are custom made and only constructed when the customer places an order, they are non-refundable. We ask that you take your time when placing your order and ask as many questions as you would like!

Shipping

Standard ground shipping charges will be applied to all orders. For rush orders, please contact us directly at customerservice@moradodesigns.com or call (802) 865-4806 and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.

Sales Tax

No sales tax will be applied to your order unless you reside in the state of Vermont. 6% sales tax will be added for Vermont residents.

Delivery Time

Because of the handmade and custom nature of our items, please take the time to review the product description page for delivery time. Most of our items have a 1-2 week turn around.
