Because most of our products are custom made and only constructed when the customer places an order, they are non-refundable. We ask that you take your time when placing your order and ask as many questions as you would like!

Non-custom Designed Purchases
If you are not satisfied with your non-custom designed purchase, please notify Morado Designs within 10 business days of receiving your order. All returns must have prior authorization. You may reach us by email at:customerservice@moradodesigns.com. All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit.

 No sales tax will be applied to your order unless you reside in the state of Vermont. 6% sales tax will be added for Vermont residents.
